Fort Lauderdale, Florida, November 11, 2015– Twenty First Century Engineering, based in Vero Beach, Florida, celebrated 25 years of continuous service to its clients at a reception at the Lauderdale Yacht Club in Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday. In attendance at the reception were Broward County District 4 Commissioner Chip LaMarca and Fort Lauderdale Commissioner Romney Rogers.
The company was founded in 1989 by John Carroll, Jr., P.E. and Gerard Cataldo and opened its doors in the International Building in eastern Fort Lauderdale in 1990. What began as a two-person office in South Florida has grown into a multi-disciplined practice with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Vero Beach and Lakeland. As the company continued to grow, it expanded its services to include forensic and construction services ultimately starting a sister company, Twenty First Century Design/Build in 1998.
